OnkoVodic: Rak Dojke Srbija

A publicly accessible digital navigation platform mapping institutions, pathways, and practical guidance for patients navigating breast cancer care in Serbia. Serves as the foundation for broader OnkoVodic projects in Serbia and beyond.

Serbia has one of the highest breast cancer mortality rates in Europe, and too many lives are lost partly because critical information remains scattered, inaccessible, or simply unavailable in digital form. Patients face fragmented guidance, inconsistent referral paths, and very little structured support through diagnosis and treatment. This project is a first step toward changing that — digitizing patient navigation for breast cancer, with the goal of expanding to other conditions over time.

Step-by-step guides, institution maps, and practical resources — structured around actual treatment pathways in the Serbian healthcare system.

Architected and built the entire platform — from data model and healthcare pathway logic to the user-facing application.

This project is developed in collaboration with Europa Donna Serbia, leading oncology specialists, Novartis, and the International Women's Club (IWC). Their expertise and support ensure the platform reflects real clinical pathways and reaches the patients who need it most.
