Hiway is a paid SaaS platform for freelancers in France, providing end-to-end software for company creation and daily business operations - from invoicing and banking to transaction categorization and document management.
The Problem
As the product and user base grew rapidly, the web application faced increasing complexity, performance bottlenecks, and coordination challenges across teams.
The Solution
A continuous evolution of the web platform's architecture and delivery processes, focusing on performance, maintainability, and quality at scale.
My Contribution
Led technical direction for the web stack, reduced frontend bundle size by over 50%, defined workflows for feature development, led the web team, and helped introduce Playwright end-to-end testing.

Platform successfully scaled alongside significant growth in users and team size. Improved frontend performance and stability. Strong reduction in regression issues through automated testing.
Current State
